Welcome to Toris Treats, a charming bakery that specializes in custom cakes, indulgent fudgy brownies, cookies, cupcakes sweet boards, and catering. Founded by Tori, we are passionate about creating treats that bring joy to every celebration. After years of baking for friends and family, Tori made her dream a reality, and since March 2023, our oven has been filled with sweet creations. Celebrate life’s special moments with us and enjoy our delicious offerings!

CHECK OUT OUR WEDDING CONTRACT BELOW 

This Cake Contract is entered into by Toris Treats LLC and *Client Name * (the "Client"). Tori's Treats agrees to deliver cake(s) as agreed upon and on time. The client agrees to pay Tori's Treats for the production and delivery of cake(s). The following terms and conditions apply: A 50% deposit is required to secure the event date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to delivery date. Payments made after the due date are subject to late fees. Payments will be paid via credit/debit card, cash or check. Credit card charges will apply. For cancellations within 1 month of the event, the entire amount of the contract is still owed to Tori's Treats. Any changes to the order are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than one month prior to delivery and may incur additional charges. All desserts/cake may ONLY be provided by Tori's Treats. Client assumes full liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Tori's Treats possession. Client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for cake(s), i.e. a sturdy table and optimum room temperature of 70 degrees or below. The size of the tiers will be adjusted to accommodate the correct number of servings based on an industry standard slice of approximately 8 cubic inches, 4 inches high, 1 inch wide and 2 inches deep. Tori's Treats is not responsible for shortage of cake due to incorrect guest counts or failure to cut industry standard sized slices. Tori's Treats Cakes reserves the right to use any photographs of the finished cake for promotion without compensation. Tori's Treats promises a product of high quality and service, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, transportation problems, accidents, and other causes beyond reasonable control. I, *Client Name *, agree to all the terms set out in this contract, and agree that I am the person responsible for payments and decisions regarding this cake order.
